WASHINGTON DC PE LAND DEVELOPMENT REMOTE 4-6 YEARS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT WITH A PE IN WASHINGTON DC We are searching for a DC PE PROJECT MANAGER LAND DEVELOPMENT to join a top-notch Civil Engineering firm in the Greater Washington DC area.
Our client is offering remote work for a highly experienced Engineer.
Most projects are small residential jobs but there are larger projects as well.
You MUST have land development experience in DC.
There is plenty of opportunity to move up in this organization, obtain a management position and secure partial ownership of an engineering firm within just a couple of years.
Qualifications:
Must have PE in DC BS in Civil Engineering 4-6 years of experience assisting in managing Civil Engineering projects in Washington, DC Works with integrity and builds long-term business relations with clients Represents the company with a high level of respect and transparency Successfully manage up to 100 active projects with precision and accuracy Ability to manage high-volume in a fast-paced environment Bonus &

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all communications with the client, other design team professionals, plan reviewers, and in-house staff (3 CAD techs, 2 EITs) on your projects; capable of making revisions before sending them out to the client and review agencies.
Oversight of the site development civil engineering projects, support of regional business development initiatives, scheduling, and coordination of personnel and workload delegation Promote a positive image of the firm within the community; uphold the firm's high standards for engineering design and promote the firm's policies, practices, and philosophies.
The ideal candidate is a professional who can effectively manage, plan, coordinate, and monitor all design and technical aspects of civil engineering projects The successful candidate will have the technical skills to make civil engineering decisions, design all project elements, and be able to delegate work while mentoring technical designers/drafting staff members.
